How can social readers dine?
The library does not have a dining hall. If social readers have dining needs at the canteen, they can first go to the Ping An Bank located at the southern end of the first floor of the library (from Monday to Friday) to apply for a "University Town Reader Card." After successfully obtaining the card, they need to go to the Campus Service Center to recharge it. Once recharged, the card can be used for canteen consumption, with a 40% service fee deducted upon swiping.
Where are the drinking water stations and restrooms located in the library?
University Town Library of Shenzhen has equipped multiple restrooms and water dispensers on both sides of the bookshelves near the corridors within the library. Readers can follow the guidance signs on each floor to find them. The water dispensing points are opposite to the restrooms but located on different sides. Drinking water is provided in the water dispensers, and readers can bring their own cups to drink. Please be careful when filling water to prevent scalding.
How can I reclaim items left behind in the library?
Please bring your valid identification (ID card, reader card, etc.) to the Property Affairs Office at the Comprehensive Service Desk on the second floor during the designated pick-up times, fill out the electronic "Lost Item Claim Application" form, and then proceed to search for and claim your lost item.
