2.If you find issues with the printing and copying quality, please take a photo of the problematic part and locate the printing and copying record in the WeChat printer program. Apply for a refund and upload the problematic content. The service provider will review the issue and refund the corresponding fee for the problematic part, but not the full amount.
3.Due to the high usage of the self-service printing and copying equipment, there may be slight flaws in the printing and copying quality. It is recommended for those who can accept such flaws to use the service.
