If login is unsuccessful and it is prompted that the account has been disabled or deactivated, please first confirm whether the status of your campus card or reader certificate number is normal. Accounts in disabled, deactivated, or verification status cannot log in to the proxy system.

2. You can enter the system, but there are issues accessing the database, such as the webpage not existing.

The library has equipped network security devices in accordance with the requirements of the national information security department. The electronic resource access system and security devices have had a short period of adjustment, resulting in normal access being blocked. In this case, please contact Mr. Liu for assistance. 3. Readers need to visit the website (https://utsz.metaersp.cn/), check the IP address at the bottom of this webpage, and send it via WeChat, as shown in the figure.

1. All readers of our library can use this system. The electronic resources available for use are detailed in the resource list after login. The login username and password are uniformly the unified authentication account and password of the university town. The resources that need to be accessed through the proxy method are as follows: research room reservations, citation verification, multimedia, dissertations, and databases.

3. The off-campus access system for the library's electronic resources is limited to accessing various local electronic resources and purchased database resources of the library. To protect the intellectual property of databases and safeguard the rights of readers to use them, please strictly abide by the usage agreement of each database system, and do not download documents continuously, systematically, centrally, or in bulk, nor allow the obtained documents to be provided to non-library readers for illegal profit.

4. Any of the following behaviors will be deemed as misuse:
1) Lending the system login username and password.
2) Not complying with the usage agreement of the database system.
3) Downloading documents continuously, systematically, centrally, or in bulk.
4) Providing the obtained documents to non-library readers for illegal profit.

If misuse of the off-campus access system for the library's electronic resources is discovered and verified, the system usage rights of the violating user will be suspended and disciplinary action will be taken. (For the first misuse, the system usage rights will be suspended for one month; for the second misuse, for two months; and for the third misuse, for one year.)
