1、Graduates can check their book borrowing status and overdue fines through the personal center personal cente on the University Town Library of Shenzhen portal or its official account.
2、Methods for returning books:
(1)Return the borrowed books, or entrust someone else to handle the return procedures at the library.
(2)To facilitate graduates who cannot return to school to handle departure procedures in different locations, borrowed books can be returned by mail to the library:
Please attach the following information in the email: borrower's name, campus card number, contact details, number of books being returned, and the titles of the books being returned.

3、For lost books, compensation is required. The compensation for lost ordinary documents is 3-10 times the original price, and for any volume of a lost complete set of documents, it is 5-10 times the original price of the lost document. Alternatively, the same edition of the document can be purchased and returned to the library, along with a document processing fee of 10 yuan per volume.
4、Online Payment: You can make online payments for any pending book-related charges.The operation method can be referred to as follows 《Online Payment Guide》。If you encounter any issues with online payment, please contact the library.
5、To facilitate the continued use of the library by graduates, for those who have completed the bulk departure process through the school-leaving system starting from November 2021, the campus card's reader ID function will not be "cancelled" but will only be changed to the "Social Reader - Encouragement Reading Card" type. This allows borrowing books without a deposit and accessing online library resources. For those whose first attempt to complete the bulk departure process during the graduation season is unsuccessful, those not in the graduation season, and those who use paper departure procedures to leave school, they will still need to "cancel their reader ID". If there is a need to continue using library services, a new card can be applied for as a social reader.
