1、When registering a new user in the Degree Thesis Management System, please use your "Student ID" to register. Download and sign the "Declaration of Originality and Authorization for Use of Degree Thesis of Shenzhen University Town"(a scanned copy needs to be uploaded). Fill in the relevant information accurately as prompted by the system. Submission completion requires manual review within 2-3 working days. Upon approval, the result of thesis submission will be synchronized to the Graduation System for viewing.

        2、According to the"Administrative Measures for the Preservation and Use of Degree Theses in Shenzhen University Town"，graduates whose thesis are confidential or cannot be submitted for other reasons may apply to the review department of their school's graduation process for exemption from the "Electronic Thesis Submission" requirement if they are using the online graduation system. For those who come to the library with a paper graduation procedure form to get a stamp, they can process the "Cancellation of Reader Card" procedure with relevant proof from their college, but will no longer receive the "Thesis Submission" stamp.

        3、When accessing the Degree Thesis Management System through the "Off-campus Proxy Access", you need to log in to the "Unified Identity Authentication System of University Town Library". Your account can be either your campus card number or ID card number, and the password is a strong password for login. For first-time login, please use your initial password (the 8-digit birthdate from your ID card number) to log in and follow the instructions to set a "strong password for login". If you encounter a password error, please carefully follow the operation instructions to "retrieve your password"; if unsuccessful in retrieving your password, please consult the service desk.

        From April 12, 2022, it has been adjusted to voluntary submission.
