If you encounter login failure with a prompt indicating that your account has been disabled or deactivated, please first confirm the status of your campus card is normal. Accounts in statuses such as disabled, deactivated, or pending verification cannot log in to the unified authentication system.

Currently, the only way to access the paper management system is by downloading a VPN and logging in using a dedicated account. To obtain a VPN account, please call the Library's Main Service Desk at 0755-26032935.

The review and processing of electronic thesis take 2-3 working days.

4、How do I submit an electronic thesis for multiple degrees?
If you have previously submitted a thesis in the system and it has been accepted, and now you need to submit another thesis (for example, you have already submitted a master's thesis and now need to submit a doctoral thesis), you should first submit a multi-degree application. Once your application is approved by the reviewer, a new thesis submission button will appear. Click on this button to submit your new thesis.

5、If you have already submitted an electronic thesis and it has passed the review, but you later find issues with the submitted content that need to be corrected, what should you do?
Apply for resubmission. Once your request is approved by the reviewer, you can then modify the content and resubmit it.

It may be due to garbled characters, unusual names (such as Chinese students mistakenly filling in pinyin), or multiple repetitions when filling out the name during the campus card application. You need to change your name in the student information and forms to your commonly used name, which should be consistent with the name on the cover page and authorization signature of the thesis, before submitting again.

7、The electronic thesis has been uploaded and passed the review, but why does it still show as "not processed" in the online departure system?
After the electronic thesis has been successfully reviewed, the thesis processing status in the departure system will be automatically synchronized (with some delay). If the status still shows as "electronic thesis not processed" the day after the thesis review is completed, please call 0755-26032935 for assistance.

Undergraduate students do not need to submit their degree thesis to our library. Therefore, after returning all borrowed books and paying any overdue fines, they simply need to bring their departure procedures form and campus card to the General Service Desk on the second floor of the library to get the "Reader Card Cancellation Stamp".
